This is written to express my enthusiastic congratulations on your 20th anniversary in business! I want to give you and all Wheeling Auto Center employees a tremendous thank you for, in my experience, your superb service.

I will never forget the time that I brought my car to you after becoming completely fed up with my Toyota dealer’s service. I’d had my car in twice to the dealer only because my car was still slightly under the Prius’ 80,000 mile electrical system warranty. After my “check engine” light came on yet again, I gave up on the dealer and took my car to you. To my astonishment, I soon got a call from Tim telling me great news. Tim had somehow looked up a Toyota service bulletin which stated that there was a new computer part that should have been installed in my car but wasn’t. Tim drove my car to the dealer and showed their service manager the bulletin. This repair was covered under the warranty. Tim succeeded in getting Toyota to do the repair, thereby saving me a thousand dollars! I later got a call from the Toyota service manager saying that they had “made a mistake” in not installing the new part when I had the car in previously.
